Pigeon Pose (Eka Pada Rajakapotasana)

 Step 1


Start in a downward-facing dog, bring your right knee forward towards your right hand.

Lower your right shin down, extend your left leg behind you, and fold forward over your front leg.

  • Avoid if you have knee or hip injuries.

From a downward-facing dog position, bring your right knee forward towards your right hand and lower your right shin down. Extend your left leg behind you, keeping your hips square. Fold forward over your front leg and relax into the stretch.
