Our studio offers a welcoming and supportive environment where individuals of all ages and levels can join to practice yoga. The classes are designed in a way that helps you connect with your breath, mind and body. We offer a range of yoga forms, including Ashtanga, Hath, Vinyasa, Animal, Yin & Yang, Partner, Chair & Sound Therapy, with a special focus on seniors and children.
